Privacy Policy

1. Controller

Kyrsoft Studios s.r.o., operator of ManRatings, is the data controller. Contact: support@manratings.com.

2. What we collect

• Email address — to deliver your report and order confirmation.
• Uploaded photographs — to produce your evaluation.
• Optional questionnaire answers — age range, main concern, free-text note.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Referral code — stored locally in your browser for up to 30 days if you arrived via an affiliate link.

No account is required. We do not ask for your name, address or identity documents.

3. Why we may process it

Performance of the contract you enter into when ordering (delivering your evaluation), our legitimate interest in fraud prevention and service security, and legal obligations relating to accounting and tax.

4. Sensitive images and explicit consent

Photographs you submit may be intimate in nature. You upload them voluntarily and, by placing your order, you give explicit consent for them to be viewed solely by the reviewer(s) assigned to your order and our internal quality-control staff. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — we will delete the images and cancel the order.

5. Retention

• Photographs: permanently deleted after your report is delivered.
• Report: accessible for 30 days after delivery, then deleted.
• Order and payment records: retained as long as required by accounting and tax law.

6. Who we share data with

Only with processors necessary to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Base44 (hosting and storage). We never sell your data and never share your images with advertisers or third parties.

7. Security

Images are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links. Report access requires a private link plus a one-time PIN sent to your email.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Email support@manratings.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. We store a referral code and essential session data in your browser's local storage only.
